Everyone knows that an apple is a healthier option than a cookie, but do you see everyone acting that way? Exactly! Knowing doesn’t always lead to the outcome. Knowledge is absolutely critical as I mentioned in What I’ve learned being a trainer Pt.2. However, it’s the combination of knowledge and ACTION that lead to results, gains, progress, and all other words that fit in here.
